Simon Vukčević

Simon Vukčević ( in Cyrillic Симон Вукчевић; born January 29, 1986 in Titograd ) is a Montenegrin football player.

Career

Vukčević began his career at FK Partizan Belgrade, where he played until December 2005. He was with Partizan Belgrade champion in 2005. In January 2006 he moved to Saturn Ramenskoje. For the season 2007/ 08 he moved to Sporting Lisbon. There he won the 2008 Taça de Portugal. In August 2011 he moved to England to Blackburn Rovers, during the winter break 2012/13 in the Ukraine to Karpaty Lviv.

Vukčević completed 2004-2004 five games for the Serbian - Montenegrin national football team and for the U- 21, he scored a goal in six games. On 24 March 2007, he debuted at the match against Hungary in the Montenegrin national football team.
