Sinan Hasani

Sinan Hasani ( born May 14, 1922 in Pozaranje, east of Uroševac, Yugoslavia; † August 28, 2010 in Belgrade ) was a Yugoslav politician and writer Albanian language.

Life

Sinan Hasani was a member from 1941, the Yugoslav People's Liberation Army and entered 1942 into the Communist Party of Yugoslavia. He came in 1944 in German captivity and was taken to a camp near Vienna. After the war he studied at the Party School " Đuro Đaković " in Belgrade. He has held several party offices, was chairman of the Socialist Federal of the Working People of Yugoslavia ( Socijalistički savez radnog naroda Jugoslavije, abbreviated SSRNJ ) in Kosovo and from 1965 to 1967 director of the publishing house Rilindja.

From 1971 to 1974 he was the Yugoslav ambassador in Denmark, 1975-1982 Vice President of the Yugoslav Parliament. From May 1986 to May 1987, he was Chairman of the Presidium of the Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia and thus president.

Sinan Hasani wrote some novels that have been translated into Serbo-Croatian and Macedonian some cases.
