Singapore Open (badminton)
The Singapore Open is the open international championships in Singapore in badminton. The SBA, the Singapore Badminton Association, dated the start of the Singapore Open on 1960. 1997 and 1998 the tournament was called Konica Cup, which has also been held in the years 1987 to 1989. The Singapore Open even name the first edition of the Konica Cup 1987 as the start of the tournament series. Since 2007, include the Singapore Open to the World Grand Prix.
