Sipakapensisch ( Sipacapense ) is a Mayan language, which is spoken by about 6,000 to 8,000 indigenous people in the municipality of Sipacapa in the department of San Marcos in Guatemala.

The Sipakapensische is closely related to the Quiché language.

At the 2002 census in Guatemala gave 5687 people (0.1%) Sipakapense as their native language; 10,652 people (0.1%) described themselves as Sipakapense. According to SIL International, the Sipakapensische is spoken in 2000 of 8,000 people in Guatemala.
