Sipsi

Sipsi, also zıpçi, zıpçı, zıpçık, cukcuk, is a woodwind instrument with a single reed and cylindrical tube, which is played in the popular Turkish music. The sipsi typically has five to eight relatively large finger holes including hole for the left thumb. The materials used hollow plant stems (usually bamboo) or even wood used.
