Siula Grande

Siula Grande ( 2nd from right)

The Siula Grande is a mountain in the Cordillera Huayhuash in the Peruvian Andes. It is 6344 m high and lies on the watershed between the Pacific and Atlantic Ocean.

The summit was first climbed on July 28, 1936, the two Austrians Arnold Awerzger and Erwin Schneider on the North Ridge.
