Skilak Lake

The Skilak Lake is about 20 km long lake on the Kenai Peninsula, Alaska. It lies in the western foothills of the Kenai Mountains in the Kenai National Wildlife Refuge.

The Kenai River flows from the east to Skilak Lake. To the north runs the Sterling Highway. To the eastern end of the lake opens the flow of melt water fed by the Harding Icefield Skilak Glacier.
