Skolebrød

Skolebrød (German: School bread), also Skoleboller, is a Norwegian pastries. It consists of a flat dough cakes filled with vanilla cream or pudding. This is painted after baking with a sugar glaze and sprinkled with grated coconut. This popular pastry in Norway dates back to the '50s, when pupils a simple pastry was sought, which can be eating out of your hand.
