Skovshoved IF
Skovshoved Idrætsforening (abbreviated Skovshoved IF or simply SIF ) is a Danish sports club from Klampenborg.
History
The club was founded on 9 June 1909. 1925 was the first Association of Denmark, in which it was played badminton. As a result, the club also won numerous titles in this sport before we had to give up the dominant position to aspiring clubs such as Københavns BK or BK Gentofte after the Second World War. Traditionally, the club is still big on football, tennis, badminton and shooting.
Achievements
Football
In the season 1952/1953 was Skovshoved IF Danish runners-up. The association recorded in its history nine national football team who bring it together on 35 missions in the national team.
Badminton
The club dominated until 1946 the game in the country. Only a few players from other clubs could decorate with championship honors at this time.
