Slava Zaitsev

Slava Zaitsev, actually Vyacheslav Zaitsev called Red Dior (Russian Вячеслав Михайлович Зайцев, scientific transliteration Vjačeslav Michajlovič Zajcev; born March 2, 1938 in Ivanovo ) is a Russian fashion designers.

Zaitsev was in the 1990s as the most important Russian fashion designers. In 1980 he designed the uniforms of the Soviet Olympic team. Then he founded the Soviet Fashion House.

In 1988 he presented his fashion collections in France and was appointed by Jacques Chirac in Paris honorary citizen. He was named man fashion of 1989. In addition to his work as a fashion designer, he created perfumes and shower gels.
