Sligo is a district ( borough ) in Clarion County in the western part of the U.S. state of Pennsylvania. In 2000 Sligo had 728 inhabitants; until the official 2009 estimate, the population declined to 677.

Sligo is located in the valley of the Licking Creek and its tributaries. The area was formerly rich in coal resources.
