Slimane of Morocco

Moulay Sulaiman (Arabic مولاي سليمان, DMG Mulay Sulayman, * 1760, † 1822) was from 1798 to 1822 Sultan of the Alawites in Morocco.

In the following years there were riots of the brotherhoods and marabouts. However, Sulaiman died in 1822.

Under his nephew Moulay Abd al-Rahman (1822-1859) were adjusted measures against the brotherhoods and marabouts again.
