Slovenia national basketball team
The Slovenian national basketball team represents the country of Slovenia in international basketball games.
Slovenia reached at the European Basketball Championships 2005 6th place and thus qualified for the Basketball World Championship 2006., Where the team reached the 12th place. Since the country's independence in 1991, the team participated in every European Basketball Championships and reached the final round for the first time in 2005.
2007 and 2010 the team won the Stankovic Cup.
