History

The Slovenian national ice hockey team of women was founded in 2001 and has been increasing since the World Cup in the same year participated in international competitions. My biggest success in the World Cup was the fifth place in the Division II at their World Cup debut. This place still not enough to avoid relegation and the crew had to descend into the newly established the following year Division III. In the 2005 World Cup the team was able to move up to the Division II, at the next World Cup two years later was followed by the immediate re descent.
