Smörgåsbord

Smorgasbord is a Swedish cold buffet, which is offered in restaurants and at private celebrations. The word comes from smörgåsbord Smörgås " bread and butter " and bord " table ", where the word origin of Smörgås (literally butter goose ) comes from the time when even was buttered itself. The buffet consists of hot and cold dishes.
