Smyk was a Polish car brand.

Company History

1957 Szczecińska Fabryka Motocykli started from Stettin in the production of automobiles, which were marketed as Smyk. Designers were masters Konczykowski, Ossowski, Sawicki, Sitnicki, Wójcicki, Zareba, Zgliczyński and Zygadlewicz. 1959 production ended. Overall, only 20 units were built.

Rolling stock

The only model was a microcar or cabin scooters. The vehicle had a single door at the front of the vehicle, similar to the BMW Isetta. Access to the rear seat, which was intended for children, was possible only after the front passenger seat folded forward and the entire passenger seat was folded to the left of the driver's seat. The mobile was powered by a single cylinder engine, four-stroke engine in the rear, which gave 15-16 hp from 350 cc. This engine was installed in the Junak bikes from the same manufacturer.
