Snipiskes (Polish Śnipiszki ) is a district of Vilnius on the right bank of the Neris River before the Office Naujamiestis District in the district Snipiskes. There are the Catholic St. Archangel Raphael 's Church Vilnius, Europos the Square, the seat of the Municipality of Vilnius, the National Gallery and the Žalgirio Hospital. There was a synagogue and a Jewish cemetery.
