Snorri Thorfinnsson
Snorri Thorfinnsson ( 1005-1013 *, † in 1090, other transcription Snorri Thorfinnsson ) was the son of Icelandic Þorfinnur Karlsefni and his wife Guðríður Thorbjarnardottir. His grandson is the bishop Thorlákur Runólfsson.
It is believed that he was born 1005-1013 in the Vinland discovered by Leif Eriksson. As one of North America Vinland, Snorri Þorfinnsson regarded as the first child of European descent, was born in America.
