Social Alternative

The Alternativa Sociale was a neo-fascist alliance in Italy. It was founded in 2004 and peaked in various elections voting shares from 1.2 to 2 %. 2006 broke up after gained no parliamentary seat in the elections as part of Berlusconi's Casa delle Libertà coalition.

The alliance consisted of the extreme right-wing Forza Nuova, Azione Sociale Sociale Fronte Nazionale. The party chairman was Alessandra Mussolini, granddaughter of Benito Mussolini.

Main demands of the alliance were the expulsion of aliens, distancing from the EU and a stricter asylum.
