Société Anonyme des Ateliers de Sécheron

The Société Anonyme des Ateliers de Sécheron ( SAAS ) was a manufacturer of electrical engineering in Geneva, he rose to 1988 in FIG. The name refers to the location, a city district in Geneva.

The company introduced oxygen welding equipment, electrodes and mercury vapor rectifier ago. In addition, it supplied the electrical equipment of hydroelectric power plants, built locomotives as well as devices for regulating the speed of trains, subways, trams and trolleybuses.
