Société Générale des voitures Automobiles Otto was a French manufacturer of automobiles.

Company History

The company donated 1900-1914 in Paris automobiles in America and distributed them under different brand names.

Brand name Otto (1901-1907)

First, the models 10 CV with a two-cylinder engine and 20 CV with a four-cylinder engine manufactured. Both models had chain drive. 1902 replaced a 10 CV with the four-cylinder engine 20 CV. 1907 was a 30 CV on offer.

Brand Name Culmen (1907-1909)

With the brand name Culmen there was a model with its own single-cylinder engine with 1100 cc capacity, as well as models with four-cylinder engines from Chapuis - Dornier with 1500 cc and 1700 cc capacity.

Brand Name FL (1910-1914)

Henri de la Fresnaye from Levallois -Perret introduced between 1908 and late 1909 small car with the brand name FL ago. From 1910, Otto took over the production. The Model 12/16 CV had a four-cylinder engine with 2010 cc and 13 hp. 1911 or 1912 was produced in addition the model 18/24 CV with six-cylinder engine and 3015 cc capacity.
