Soeprapto (governor)

R. Soeprapto ( born August 12, 1924 in Surakarta, Central Java, † 26 September 2009 in Jakarta ) was an Indonesian politician and the eighth Governor of Jakarta.

Soeprapto was born in 1924 in Surakarta, Central Java August. In 1945, he joined the military. From 1982 to 1987 he held the office of the Governor of Jakarta.
