ANO " Sojusekspertisa " (Russian АНО " Союзэкспертиза " ( СОЭКС )) of the Commerce and Industry Chamber of the Russian Federation ( SOEX ) is the largest independent inspection and certification company in Russia. SOEX operates in the field of quality control, expertise, assessment and certification of various products and services.

History

The first goods expertise Official Russia was founded on April 3, 1923 in the North West Chamber of Commerce. One of the tasks of the Office included the determination of the quality of the goods, their price assessment, damage size, determination of shrinkage standards and many other tasks.

In 1943, the Sovnarkom of the USSR approved the new charter of the Union Chamber of Commerce after the chamber conducted a series of Organistionsmaßnahmen, after which all the independent expertise was concentrated in the course of their duties. SOEX is the only national Russian society - Member of the Federation of Inspection Agencies ( IFIA ).

SOEX in Germany

In order to deliver their goods to the Russian market, foreign suppliers and production manufacturers must have documents that confirm the correspondence of the imported goods to the Russian production quality and safety standards. Some goods that are shipped to Russia must have the subject certificate of conformity GOST R. In addition to the GOST R certificate, other authorization documents are required, such as fire safety certificate, Gosstroj certificate, certificate for metrology, certification for news agents, Hygienic - epidemiological decision, certificate of explosion safety, commissioning approval of Rostechnadsor and other documents.

2009, a representative office was established in Germany. The representative office in Frankfurt am Main is run jointly with the representative of the Trade and Industry Chamber of the Russian Federation.
