SOLAR (ISS)
The Solar Monitoring Observatory ( Solar) is one of the external experimental laboratories, which are attached to the Columbus space laboratory, the science lab to ESA for the International Space Station.
Solar was installed on 15 February 2008 on the exterior and serves as a platform for three scientific experiments to study the sun.
