Solidarity (Switzerland)

SolidaritéS is a political party in Switzerland, which is aligned to the left socialist. It was founded in 1992 and is active in the French-speaking Switzerland, especially in Geneva. From 1999 to 2007 she presented a deputy in the National Council. Many of its members are from the Socialist Workers Party, the dissolved Swiss section of the Fourth International, and still sympathize with this. The solidaritéS is next to the Party of Switzerland work the leftmost party in Switzerland. In the National Council, it was represented from 2003 to 2007 by the Geneva MP Pierre Vanek.
