Solon Springs is a municipality ( with a status of "Village" ) in Douglas County in the U.S. state of Wisconsin. In 2010, Solon Springs had 600 inhabitants.

Solon Springs is part of the nationwide multi-state metropolitan Twin Ports around the cities of Superior and Duluth, Minnesota.

Geography

The municipality is located in northwest Wisconsin on the Upper Saint Croix Lake, near the Portage on the watershed from the opening into the Bois Brule River to Lake Superior flowing into the Mississippi St. Croix River
