Solveig Fiske

Solveig Fiske ( born October 26, 1952) is a Lutheran bishop of the Norwegian Church in the Diocese of Hamar.

Fiske comes from free in More og Romsdal in 1990 and graduated at the Theological College ( Menighetsfakultetet ) in Oslo. After she completed an internship in 1981 and worked in the church meeting ( Kirkemøtet ). Fiske then went into the church Elverum. In 1994 she was a pastor in the parish Løten. On 17 December 2006 she was ordained as Bishop of the Diocese of Hamar. Fiske is the fourth Lutheran Bishop in the Church of Norway.

It advocates for the church's blessing of same-sex couples.
