Song Xiuyan

Song Xiuyan (Chinese宋 秀 岩; * October 1955 in Liaoyang, Liaoning Province ) is a politician in the People's Republic of China.

Song joined the Communist Party of China in 1978 and studied economic management at the school. At the China Youth University, she also studied political science. Later she was to 2002 as vice secretary of provincial party association in Qinghai active. From 2007 to 2010 she was governor of Qinghai Province.

Since 2010 she is Vice-Chair, First Secretary and party secretary of the CCP in the total - China Women's Federation.

Song was since 1997 and is a candidate member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China since 2007.
