Sonja Savić

Sonja Savić ( born September 15, 1961 in Čačak, † September 23, 2008 in Belgrade ) was a Serbian actress.

Sonja Savić moved in childhood by their parents to Belgrade and graduated from the elementary school and high school. She was for many years a member of the children's storyteller group of Radio Belgrade, but also appeared on television in some children's programs. After graduating from high school she began studying at the Academy of Theatre and Arts in Belgrade.

In German-speaking countries is their most well-known role of the mayor's daughter Zlata in the television series The Red Zora and her gang. She was one of the most prominent and the most outstanding actresses of her country and had been the recipient of numerous prizes and awards. So they received, among others on the film festival in Venice an honorable mention for her role in the film The Lep Zivot (1985). She died of a heroin overdose.
