Sonja Ziemann

Sonja Ziemann Alice Selma Toni ( born February 8, 1926 in Oak forest near Berlin ) is a German actress, dancer and singer.

Life and work

At the age of ten years Ziemann began to dance ballet. It was recorded at the Berlin School of Dance Tatjana Gsovsky and had their first appearances as a dancer in 1941. Her film career began in 1942 with small film roles. She became famous by film success in the 1950s as the operetta film Schwarzwaldmädel and the home movie Green is the Heath. For a time were Ziemann and her fellow actor Rudolf Prack, with whom she starred in several films, as one of the " dream couple " of German cinema.

Ziemann was married three times, his first marriage with the Wiesbaden stocking factory in Hambach, Rudolf ( 1953-1956 ) resulted in a son. From 1961 to 1968 she was married in second marriage with the Polish writer Marek Hlasko. In 1989, she married his third wife the actor and director Charles Regnier; the marriage lasted until Regnier's death in 2001. Sonja Ziemann lives at the Tegernsee in Bavaria and in St. Moritz. In 2006, she was for many years the first time on a talk show, the ARD program Beckmann, guest.
