Sophia Jagiellon, Margravine of Brandenburg-Ansbach

Sofia Jagiellonica ( born May 6, 1464 Krakow, Poland, † October 5, 1512 ) was a Polish and Lithuanian princess of the House of Habsburg and by marriage and Jagiellonian Margravine of Brandenburg- Kulmbach and Brandenburg- Ansbach.

Sofia was born as the daughter of the Polish king Casimir IV Jagiello and Elisabeth von Habsburg.

They married on February 14, 1479 in Frankfurt an der Oder Frederick II of Brandenburg -Ansbach - Kulmbach. With him she had 17 children:
