Sopranissimo saxophone

The Soprillo is the smallest regular size of the saxophone.

The Soprillo is tuned to B and is an octave above the soprano saxophone. The range is sounding a1- DES4. Since the instrument is only 30 cm long, the octave key was placed in the mouthpiece. It is played with a shortened Eb clarinet sheet. It is very difficult to play. In particular, the highest notes can be brought about only after months of rehearsal.
