Sorgu is a Baltic Sea island off the Estonian coast in the southwestern district of Pärnu. Sorgu was first recorded in the 16th century as Sorkholm on maps.

The island is located west of the island Manilaid. It is about 5 acres in size and very rocky. On it is since 1904 a 16 m high lighthouse ( Sorgu tulepaak ) with some outbuildings of stone. It replaced a wooden predecessor, which had been built in 1864 in connection with the construction of the port of Pärnu. The waters around the island in the Pärnu Bay are considered to be difficult. Many maritime accidents have occurred there.

Sorgu belongs administratively to the municipality Tõstamaa. The island is uninhabited since 1976. Sorgu today is an important resting and nesting place for migratory birds. The island may therefore not be entered from April 15th to July 1st. Near Sorgu are the two smaller, uninhabited islands also Heinlaid and Kiveslaid.
