Soribada

Soribada ( Kor. 소리바다, dt tone download ) is the first South Korean peer-to -peer system. It launched in 2000 and was named among other things, as the " Korean Napster ". Soribada is the most widely used peer-to -peer system in South Korea.

Soribada was closed by a court order in 2002. After the project was tentatively continue to operate with the note that Soribada accepts no liability for the contents. After this attempt was successful, the portal was reopened on 5 November 2003.
