Sormonne (river)

The Sormonne is a river in France, which runs in the Champagne- Ardenne region in the department of Ardennes. It rises near the border with Belgium in the municipality of Taillette. Initially drains the Sormonne in a southwesterly direction, but then turns to the southeast and empties after 57 kilometers at Warcq, near Charleville- Mézières, as left tributary to the river Meuse.
