Sorolla Museum

The Museo Sorolla is a system based on a testamentary disposition Madrid museum. The painter Joaquín Sorolla 's widow, Clotilde García del Castillo, 1925 bequeathed all her goods to the Spanish State, on March 28, 1931 these received the donation with the commitment to create a Museum Foundation at. 1932, the museum was opened in the former mansion of the painter.
