Soul Assassins

Soul Assassins is a loose association of artists founded in 1992 by DJ Muggs. For the Soul Assassins are a few different rappers, producers, DJs and graphic artist from Los Angeles and the surrounding area. Well-known names include other Everlast, The Alchemist, Mr. Cartoon and Estevan Oriol. Moreover, since 1991, all Cypress Hill albums are released on the Soul Assassins Music Inc..

Under the name Soul Assassins Chapter I & II published in 1997 and 2000, two produced by DJ Muggs sampler on the many hip -hop greats are heard, such as Dr. Dre, RZA and GZA, MC Eiht, KRS -One, Wyclef Jean, Xzibit, Dilated Peoples, and others.

Some artists and groups separated from the Soul Assassins. House of Pain and Funkdoobiest that, both were members during the early 90s, broke up because of disputes with DJ Muggs of Soul Assassins. Others, such as Barron Ricks said they would not need Muggs for the great success and some had never even only success, such as: Whooliganz, Call O ' Da Wild or Fatal.
