Soumaila Coulibaly

Soumaila Coulibaly ( born April 15, 1978 in Bamako ) is a Malian football player who is in China Yanbian Baekdu Tigers FC under contract.

Career

Coulibaly began at Djoliba AC Bamako to play soccer. About the AS Real Bamako in 1999 he came to Cairo Zamalek in Egypt. In 2000 he moved to the Bundesliga for SC Freiburg, for whom he scored 18 goals in 113 Bundesliga games and in 94 second division games 19 goals. In the season 2006/ 07 Coulibaly was captain of SC Freiburg.

For the season 2007/ 08 he moved to Borussia Mönchengladbach. The attacking midfielder was at the " foal " a contract until June 2010. Early November 2008 however, he was removed from coach Hans Meyer from the Senior Squad
