South Glengarry, Ontario

South Glengarry is a township in the county of Stormont, Dundas and Glengarry. It is the easternmost municipality of the county and is bounded on the east and south of Quebec City, in the west it borders the city of Cornwall.


South Glengarry is no coherent settlement area. It is the Administrative merger of many villages. The largest settlement is Lancaster.


South Glengarry is developed by the Ontario Highway 401, one of the major highways in Canada. In addition, it has two airfields, Cornwall Regional Airport ( IATA code YCC ) and Lancaster Airpark.
