The Southern Hockey League was a U.S. professional league in hockey, which existed 1973-1977.

History

The Southern Hockey League was founded in 1973 as a professional minor league. In addition to the North American Hockey League took to the teams of the dissolved in the same year Eastern Hockey League. The game started operation with six franchises and was the center of the 1976/77 season ended prematurely with seven teams on 31 January 1977.
