Spaceport Florida Launch Complex 46

Cape Canaveral AFS Launch Complex 46 (LC -46) is a launch pad of the Cape Canaveral Air Force Station in Merritt Iceland, Cape Canaveral, Florida, USA.

LC -46 was built in 1984 and used by the U.S. Navy for testing the Trident intercontinental ballistic missile. After the end of the Trident - testing program, the complex was rebuilt in the late 1990s and was used for now to launch the Athena rocket.

The launch pad was traded as a potential starting point for the Athena III missile, but did not come out until today on the stage of development.
