Spain men's national volleyball team

The Spanish national volleyball team of men is a selection of the best Spanish players, the Real Federación Española de Voleibol represented in international tournaments and international matches.

History

World cup

Spain in 1998 took part for the first time at the Volleyball World Championship and finished eighth. 2002, there was only enough for 13th place for the 2006 World Cup, the Spaniard could not qualify.

Olympic games

1992 Barcelona Spain finished as host the eighth place. For the Games in 2000 there was a ninth. For Beijing 2008, the reigning European champions failed to qualify.

European

In the first participation at the European Volleyball Championship Spain came in 1981, 1985 and 1987 do not have the last square. After two missed tournaments, the Spaniards were 1993 ninth.
