Spanakopita

Spanakopita is a classic dish of the Greek cuisine, essentially on the basis of filo pastry and leaf spinach. It thus resembles the Turkish Spinatbörek or the German - Austrian spinach strudel, each of which raises differences in the formulation, the filling and the dough.
