The Spantik - Sosbun Mountains are a mountain range of Karakoram in Gilgit -Baltistan autonomous region of Pakistan. They belong to the so-called small Karakoram and beyond large glacier south of the Karakoram main chain. The highest peak is 7,027 meters and Spantik with the other namesake of the mountain group is the Sosbun Brakk with 6,413 meters above sea level.

The Spantik - Sosbun mountains form a narrow mountain range, which is about 120 km long and runs approximately in the direction Ostwest. In the north, the mountain range bordering Hispar and Biafo Glacier, on the north and east sides rise the Hispar Muztagh and the Panmah Muztagh. In the southwest of Barpu Glacier ( outflow to the west ) and the long Chogo Lungma Glacier separate the Spantik - Sosbun Mountains on the Rakaposhi - Haramosh Mountains ( outflow to the east ). The Polan La, a saddle with a summit altitude of 5,840 m, separates the Barpu - by - Chogo Lungma Glacier. He is the lowest notch in the Connection Ridge Mountains Spantik and Malubiting. In the southeast, the flow separates Braldu as outflow of Baltoro, Panmah and Biafo glaciers Spantik - Sosbun Mountains of the mango Gusor group, the western foothills of the Masherbrum Mountains.
