Sparring

Sparring (English -saving with someone " to deal with someone " ) is a form of training that is available in many martial arts. It is a struggle similar to the competition, but with modified rules and agreements that are to a large extent prevent injuries. Implementation

As the sparring looks in detail, depends not only on the sport, but also by the training partners and their capabilities. When two strangers perform a sparring, it is advantageous to introduce formal rules or to let a more experienced athletes oversee the sparring match.
