The Spezializtz are a German hip- hop group from Berlin. The group consists of rappers Dean Dawson and Harris.

Band History

The title became known know yes! and Afrokalypse ( with Afrob ). Although the work could claim no appreciable charts positions for themselves, although the two Berlin toured Germany. Was released in 1998 the album GBZ Oholika on major label Columbia / Sony.

The 2000 follow-up album released GBZ Oholika II appeared on the German branch of the American label Def Jam. The album was unsuccessful as the first work since Def Jam Germany made ​​mistakes in the marketing of the phonogram and the album content not very different from the first part.

Until 2002, the two artists are represented solo or as Spezializtz on various albums and compilations. Published with the 2002 Sampler G.B.Z. Connectz they reported back briefly.

In the following years the two artists devoted their solo projects. Dean Dawson teamed up with DJ Desue the Label Street Life Records and released two albums. Harris worked under the name DJ Binichnicht and was then represented on various publications by Aggro Berlin.

In July 2007 she released her third album together GBZOholika III.
