Splinter is an American horror film. Its premiere took place on 31 October 2008.

Action

Polly and Seth are looking forward to their trip to the wedding day. The joint venture is interrupted when Polly is kidnapped from the kidnappers Dennis. However, the three people not knowing that a monster makes it also to hunt.

Criticism

The lexicon of the International film ruled in production if it were a " [ u] ngewöhnliche [n ] horror film", which it succeed, vary the "Zombie subject quite effectively " too, but " some unusual shock images " aufbiete.

Background

Splinter won six awards at the Screamfest Horror Film Festival in the categories of Best Film Editing, Best Original Score, Best Special Effects, Best Make -Up, Best Director and Best Film.
