Sponge (tool)

A pot, kitchen or household sponge, etc. is used for cleaning dishes, pots and pans in the kitchen and essentially consists of foam. The existing rough underside often used for scrubbing. This abrasive pad is especially hard, usually mineral or from a plastic.

Stronger scouring action have cleaning pad of steel wool.
