Sporodochium

The Sporodochie (from Greek spora / σπορά, "seed", and dechomai / δέχομαι " record " ) is a form of spores bearing with various fungi (Fungi ). It is a fabric structure, which grows on the substrate surface of the fungus has no wall or envelope-like structure and consists of Trägerhyphen of conidia or even from conidia producing cells. Most of these conidiophores and conidiogenous cells are embedded in a cushion of hyphae. As konidiogene structures, they are often subsumed under the concept of Konidioma, originally only pycnidia and acervuli designated.
