Spumoni

Spumoni is an ice cream flavor that comes from Italy. Spumoni is composed of several layers of different flavors of ice cream, candied fruits and nuts.

Typically consists of three layers Spumoni or flavors, each with a layer of nuts or fruits.

In the U.S., there is even a " National Spumoni Day". This takes place every year on 21 August.
